We are happy to announce that our collaboration between RENCA Geopolymer International and StrongPrint3D has made it possible. We have 3D printed the first in the world house made with geopolymer mortar. It is a huge milestone for the development of both technologies: geopolymer materials and 3D printing. Geopolymers are known to be 92% more sustainable than conventional building materials. They also allow us to reuse some by-products, normally considered waste. 3D printing gives a new scope of freedom for design and engineering and is only starting to reveal all its benefits for the construction industry.
